Apart from the bank holidays (25 & 26 December and 1 January), our service will be operating as normal between Christmas and New Year, with our repairs and caretaking services continuing and our call centre available to take calls and monitor contact forms.
Our emergency repairs line will be available 24/7 during the whole period, which you can access by calling: 0800 0322 433. An emergency repair is a repair to make a situation safe where there is imminent threat to life, danger of serious injury or major damage to your home. At this time of year, having a total loss of heating or hot water is covered as an emergency.
Our office will close at 5pm on 24 December and will reopen at 8am on 2 January.
