It's been a month since we launched our new repairs service, RHP Home. You may have already seen operatives with RHP Home branded uniforms, vans, and ID. Some of the improvements you can expect include:
- an increase in the number of people employed to help deliver our repairs service.
- more flexible appointment times.
- an improved online appointment booking system that'll make it easier for you to select the right repair.
For now, you'll still need to call us on 0800 032 2433 to book an appointment. After you’ve logged your repair, please expect a call back from one of our team who will arrange an appointment time convenient for you. This is so we can keep things running as smoothly as possible while we get up and running. We'll let you know as soon as online bookings are open again.
We’re experiencing a higher-than-expected volume of repairs being booked at the moment. We appreciate your patience as we work through them as quickly as we can whilst embedding our new service.
